Overview

Take a walkabout through the galleries to gain inspiration from the summer community exhibition, Cultural Reflections, and learn about art from artists of all backgrounds and disciplines. Discover artists in RAM’s collection to further encourage honoring a wide variety of artist voices and ideas. Spend time gaining skills and explore a myriad of materials such as clay, paper, paint, drawing implements and more, while discovering new techniques. A fun week to try new things, engage in new experiences and to be inspired by the world of art. Kids who are staying all day should bring a lunch and water bottle. Kids who are enrolled in the Racine Unified Summer School morning sessions are welcome to come a few minutes late for the afternoon sessions…the art will wait for you! Online registration closes two business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, and Saturday, noon – 4:00 pm.
