RACINE — The 44th annual Roma Lodge Italian Festival is back at Roma Lodge grounds, 7130 Spring St. Mt. Pleasant, WI. Please join us as we celebrate! Enjoy the food, fun, entertainment, and family atmosphere from Friday July 28th, Saturday July 29th, and Sunday July 30th , 2023.
Food will include traditional meatball, beef and sausage Italian sandwiches, pizza, mostaccioli, tomato salad, fried snacks, corn-on-the-cob, bakery, fried dough, cannoli and other foods prepared by the Roma Lodge and Vittoria Colonna Lodge. Sit down dinners are available in Café Roma Hall: Friday – Fish Fry, Saturday – Baked Italian Chicken, and Sunday – Lasagna.
A vendor craft fair will be open on Friday from 4pm – 9pm and Saturday 2pm – 8pm.
Music entertainment for the festival will be:
• Friday — 4pm - All The King’s Men, 8pm – Brass from the Past
• Saturday — Noon – Gary Ricchio, 4pm - Mean Jake,
8pm – South Bound
• Sunday – The Human Juke Box – Jimmy LeRose
Roma Lodge will celebrate the traditional festival Mass at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The festival will conclude at 5:00 pm on Sunday with the Festival Raffle drawing at 3:00 p.m.
Festival hours will be 4:00pm to midnight Friday (lunch being served in food booths from noon – 1:30pm), noon to midnight Saturday and after Mass until 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission tickets cost $4 in advance and $5 at the gate on Friday and Saturday. Sunday admission is free.
Thanks to your support of our Italian Festival over the past 43 years, Roma Lodge has been able to make generous gifts totaling over $371,000 to support our community. Roma Lodge is grateful to our festival patrons and volunteers who have shown such strong support in past years. Roma Lodge also thanks our sponsors, vendors, craft fair businesses, food and product suppliers, bands and musicians, rental businesses, and service providers. You all make the festival what it is. A portion of this year’s raffle book sales will go to help support our community.
