You're invited to get out Saturday, May 6 for Open House Racine County (OHRC), a free day-long exploration of interesting places, fascinating architecture, local history and more.

More than 60 OHRC 2017 sites are scattered throughout the county. You'll stroll the beautiful Wind Point Lighthouse grounds, visit Oak Clearing Farm (recently featured on cable TV's "American Pickers"), meet an alpaca at Earthcare Suri Alpacas or tour Burlington's Chocolate Experience Museum.

If architecture interests you, the internationally famous Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings at the SC Johnson campus in Racine and the Wingspread home in Wind Point will be open by appointment. You'll also have opportunities to see several historic and architecturally significant area churches and civic buildings.
