Every family is unique. This weekend workshop will present the fundamentals of Family of Origin Theory and will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on the influence of their family of origin on their lives. The goal of the weekend is to understand how the experience of growing up in one’s family of origin impacts one’s relationships, self-development, and life choices. This program is approved for 1 CEU through the University of Wisconsin– Parkside Continuing Education.
Bea Eichten, OSF, is a Franciscan Sister of Little Falls, Minnesota, and former President of her community. She holds a master’s degree in Pastoral Studies with a concentration in human relations skills and has training in clinical pastoral psycho-therapy. Originally from Lindstrom, Minnesota, Bea has expertise in organizational planning, group facilitation, and conflict resolution.
