Dave oversees the day-to-day operations of Real Racine's office including the professional and support staff, as well as the critically important volunteer corps. Dave frequently serves as the voice of the Real Racine through speaking engagements to local organizations, as well as participating in civic events throughout the year. He has been President/CEO of the Real Racine since 1997.

Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director
Eileen handles all meeting and conference sales for the Real Racine. She and the rest of the staff will assist in the planning for you and your attendees while doing business in the area. Eileen also handles group tours throughout the county. If you are looking for a fun and exciting trip for your organization, Eileen will be able to give you great ideas, itineraries and confirmations...all free of charge.She has been the Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director since June 2005.

Paul joined Real Racine in 2011 after careers in marketing, communications and journalism. He manages Real Racine's annual advertising and publications programs and oversees website, e-newsletter and social media content. A 22-year Racine County resident, he loves playing show-and-tell about the events and attractions of his adopted hometown.
