Dave oversees the day-to-day operations of Real Racine's office including the professional and support staff. Dave frequently serves as the voice of the Real Racine through speaking engagements to local organizations, as well as participating in local civic events. Dave is also active in the Wisconsin Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus. He has been President/CEO of the Real Racine since 1997.

Eileen Arnold,
Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director
Eileen handles all meeting and conference sales for the Real Racine. She and the rest of the staff will assist in the planning for you and your attendees while doing business in the area. Eileen also handles group tours throughout the county. If you are looking for a fun and exciting trip for your organization, Eileen will be able to give you great ideas, itineraries and confirmations...all free of charge.She has been the Meetings/Group Tour Sales Director since June 2005.

Paul joined Real Racine in 2011 after careers in marketing, communications and journalism. He manages Real Racine's annual advertising and publications programs and oversees website, e-newsletter and social media content. A Racine County resident for more than 20 years Paul loves playing show-and-tell about the events and attractions of his adopted hometown.

Kari Dawson,
Events Director
Kari brings sportsw marketing expertise and a love of competitive running to Real Racine. As Events Director, she oversees the operation of special events that bring thousands of participants and visitors to Racine every year. Kari also directs the many volunteers who are important to the success of events like Iron Man 70.3 Racine Triathalon, The Color Run Racine, The Biggest Loser Run/Walk and Real Racine Skeleton Skamper. Before joining Real Racine in 2010, she had successful careers in television production and sports marketing.

Aletha Woodside,
Office Manager
Aletha, a life-long resident, enjoys greeting and assisting visitors at the Real Racine Visitor Center. In additon to keeping the Real Racine office humming, she oversees the important visitor corps.

Accounting Manager
Helen oversees Real Racine's accounting and bookkeeping operations. After a career that included the health care industry, Helen enjoys her role in the travel and tourism industry.
